To make an appointment feel free to call us at 619.294.5830 or fill out our Contact form—be sure to fill in all of the information so we can contact you quickly.
When you come to Inner Spring, expect that you will be invited into a warm and comfortable environment that is there to support you in your healing path. Please let your needs and wants to be known.
Wear or bring comfortable clothing. This will allow the practitioner to be able to access the acupuncture points with ease while also ensuring your own comfort. Gowns are also available.
Make sure your blood sugar is in good range. It is important to have eaten something substantial within 2 hours of your treatment. Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment.
Please bring any medical records including blood work, radiology reports, etc. that pertain to your visit.
Give yourself plenty of time. Initial treatments take 2-2½ hours and follow-up visits take 1-1½ hours. Let us know if you have any time requirements and we will make sure you get out on time.
There is metered parking available in front of our building on 4th Ave. as well as on Upas and several of the other surrounding streets. We have change on hand in the office if you need it for the meters.
Free un-metered parking is sometimes available if you turn right on Thorn St. and proceed 1-2 blocks near 2nd and 3rd Street. It is a pretty and brief walk to our office from there
